Over ten years ago I came up with a plan. I needed a DBM army in a hurry! My answer came in the form of Black undercoat from Halfords and re-runs of the film classic “El Cid”. Many years later the army is a constant reminder that wargames armies are a good investment. What other pastime would give you the “enjoyment” that is to be had in rebasing an army five times! This latest incarnation did not survive even one game. I based it for Impetvs and Hail Caesar but now I want to use it for Hail Caesar and the new kid on the block, L’art de la Guerre. My solution to the dual-purpose challenge is the 60mm square but this is definitely the last time I rebase! Definately……..
